Mostafa has been leading Giza as its GM and now CEO. He launched a company-wide transformation across all supporting functions and led several key initiatives to drive company growth, improve operational reliability, scale up contract farming to secure quality supply, build a strong leadership bench, and institutionalize the business overall. Mostafa is a recognized leader in the global seeds and herbs industry, holding numerous talks and participating in panels at global spice and food ingredient conventions. He has also served on the board of the American Spice Trade Association since 2019. Prior to joining Giza, Mostafa worked as a consulting manager McKinsey & Company in Germany and the Middle East. He holds a BSc and MSc from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
Seif oversees Commercial, Supply Chain and Growth & M&A. Seif has 10+ years of experience in business transformations – and together with Mostafa (Giza’s CEO), they have been successful in doubling Giza’s business in the last 5 years. Seif focused on acquiring strategic business partnerships and diversifying the offering and client base. He also played a vital role in establishing function & process accountabilities. Prior to Giza Seif was a consulting manager at Bain & Company focusing on private equity projects and post-merger integrations in Europe and the Middle East. He holds a BSc and MSc from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
Sherif is a very experienced FMCG expert having served organizations such as Americana, SAVOLA and WADI group. He is focused on the transformation of operations. Sherif earned his BSc in Chemistry from Mansoura University and his MBA/Supply Chain from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport.
Abdelfattah is responsible for the quality, food safety, and safety of Giza’s sites and farms. He has multiple years of experience in quality and safety in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and Oil & Gas. Abdelfatah graduated from the Faculty of Science and obtained a technical diploma in Total Quality Management from AUC.
Aly manages our commercial front. He has expanded our client base developing new business in US and Europe. Previously, he had gained experience in agricultural trade and F&B industries in Canada. Aly earned his B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
Yossra is a seasoned expert in the seed and herbs industry. She joined Giza in 2005. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with key customers and is very known for her very high service level and outstanding rating level. She is particularly focused on EMEA and Asia. Yossra studied English Language and Literature and has a BA at El-Alssun Faculty, Ain Shams University.
Doaa is focused on Giza’s business in North America ,+9 years experienced in account management and reorganized for ability to communicate with customers & providing professional service. Doaa studied French Language and Literature and has a BA at Faculty of arts, Cairo University.
Aya is I'm responsible for handling European region, 10years experience in FMCG companies. She got graduated from French Language and Literature and has a BA at Faculty of arts, Cairo University.
Sara is focused on managing strategic and organic accounts, which has significant growth recently. Sara has previous experience in sales & account management in different industries mainly telecommunications. She earned her BA in Mass Communications from Cairo University.
